Real Estate Appraisal and Evaluation

        A. Course Description:
   

This course is directed to those Attendees presently engaged in the Field of real estate, especially property Appraisal and Evaluation. It is designed to enable such attendees to do a more precise job of estimating the fair market values of properties which they are attempting to sell, Finance or invest. It will serve the purposes of Attendees interested in seeking professional employment in the appraisal field and others interested in the valuation process.

 

In addition to a Valuable and Priceless CD which has many forms on Microsoft Word and Excel application ready to use in your daily business activities.

C. Who should attend?

 

Attendees are from a variety of industries dealing with real estate directly or indirectly. Such participants include:

 

a-   Employees of various real estate companies in Appraisal, finance and investment.

 

b-    Banks employees dealing with property appraisal for customers in order to understand different approaches of appraisal for their real estate clients.

 

c-    Government agencies working in real estate appraisal registration departments.

 

d-    Anyone would like to know the ups and downs of appraising /investing in real estate properties, inside or outside his/her country, by learning the basic of real estate appraisal pros and cons.

 

e-   Attendees may have completed high school diploma, two-four    years college or two years in the field of business, or be comfortable with the topics covered in that program.

D.   Language: English and Arabic upon request.

 

E. Date and Timing:

                         Location, date and time of a specific program will be provided upon request.

a.      The Seminar fee will cover the tuition, course materials including CD.
