Program Overview:
The Property Management (PM) program is designed primarily for individuals who are pursuing or planning to pursue a career in real property management.
PM provides the attendees with a practical knowledge of the principles of property management and with the understanding of the relationships among the various parties and phases of property management and Maintenance.
In addition to a Valuable and Priceless CD which has many forms on Microsoft Word and Excel application ready to use in your daily business activities.

Attendees are from a variety of industries dealing with real property Management directly or indirectly, such participants include:
a- Employees of various real property management companies in leasing, management and investment, consultants in finance and appraisal as well.
b- Banks employees dealing with property owners and Tenants in order to understand different approaches for their clients.
c- Government agencies working in real estate departments.
d- Anyone would like to know the ups and downs of managing and Maintaining
real properties, inside or outside his/her country, by learning the principles of real property Management.
e- Attendees may have completed high school diploma, two-four
years college or two years in the field of business, or be comfortable with the topics covered in that program.
